Benedict Wolff is the son of Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff, who he had with his first wife, Stephanie Wolff. The two were married for close to a decade before their subsequent seperation. While Wolff went on to re-marry, little is known about the current status of Stephanie. Famously, of course, the Mercedes team principal is now married to the managing director of F1 Academy, Susie Wolff (née Stoddart).
Apart from their 23-year-old son Benedict Wolff, Toto and Stephanie also had one daughter together, Rosa Wolff. Both children have managed to stay out of the limelight and have been leading their own lives privately. Susie and Toto Wolff also have one child together, Jack Wolff. In 2017, the Mercedes team boss opened up about how his family has grown together since his split with his first wife, who has also stayed out of the spotlight of being an ex-wife of a Team Principal so much so that there’s not much information or any images of her online at the time of writing.
“I am in the very lucky situation that we are a true ‘patchwork family.’”
“Susie is the centre of pulling that all together – and my former wife Stephanie. I’ve been together with Susie now for eight years and my kids have always been a very important part of that relationship.”

While Benedict and Rosa have managed to keep it low-key despite their high-profile father, Jack Wolff visits the paddock with his mom and dad. Recently, Susie Wolff shared pictures of her, Jack and Toto Wolff at the Monaco Grand Prix.

Earlier this month, Wolff skipped out on attending the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix because of Benedict’s university graduation ceremony in USA.
When Toto Wolff revealed his first date spot with his now-wife, Susie Wolff
In an interview from 2017, Toto Wolff spilled the details on where he went for his first date with his future wife, Susie Wolff. The couple dated for eight months before the Mercedes team boss popped the question on a boat in Venice and the two tied the knot in 2011. However, the couple’s story started in a hotel in Germany. In the interview from a few years ago, Wolff was asked what his choice was for a best first date spot.
“The place where I had my first date with Susie – and that shows that it is not about the place, only about the person. It was the Achat Hotel in Hockenheim.” [via F1]
Since their time together, the couple have achieved much in terms of professional success. While Wolff’s Mercedes has won multiple championships, Susie became the first woman to take part in an F1 weekend in 2014, she became the Team Principal of ROKiT Venturi Racing, and now holds the position of Managing Director of F1 Academy.
